By using TipCrew, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

Calculation tool

TipCrew is a calculation and recordkeeping tool. It does not move money and is not payroll, accounting, tax, employment-law, or financial advice.

Your responsibility

You are responsible for reviewing participant inputs, workplace policies, payout results, and applicable laws before distributing money. Do not rely on TipCrew as a substitute for qualified professional advice.

Lifetime Pro

Advanced features may be unlocked through a one-time, non-consumable in-app purchase processed by Apple. Eligible purchases can be restored using the Restore Purchase action in Settings. Refunds, billing, and payment methods are governed by Apple's terms.

Acceptable use

• Do not use TipCrew to violate workplace or wage laws.
• Do not reverse engineer or disrupt the app.
• Do not represent TipCrew reports as legal or tax advice.

No warranty

TipCrew is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis to the extent permitted by law. No guarantee is made that the app satisfies a particular employer policy or legal requirement.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, the TipCrew developer is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from use of the app or reliance on an entered calculation.

Changes

These terms may be updated when TipCrew changes. The effective date above identifies the current version.
